Mr. Hannoch Marksheid, CEO
Mr. Marksheid is a seasoned businessman with over 20 years of experience in business development, entrepreneurship, management and consulting. Mr. Marksheid served as CFO at the Israeli Ports Authority for 7 years and as the VP of of Mati Ra'anana, Israel largest business development center for hi-tech entrepreneurs for 3 years. Mr, Marksheid was a senior financial consultant at HEN Inc. a private consulting company for over 20 years and is the CEO and owner of B-Control Inc., a private company involved in business consulting and financial services.
Mr. Marksheid holds a BA in economics from the Haifa University in Israel and an MBA from Thames Valley University in London.
Mr. Aharon Lamish, VP Research and Development, Chief Engineer
Mr. Lamish is an international engineering consultant in the field of fluid power, integrated systems, solenoid valves and medical applications. His track record includes a brief stint at the Israeli Aircraft Industries and an impressive carrer at Baccara Automation Control, where he was employed for 19 years. During this period he was involved in systems development and engineering and later established and headed the engineering department. In the capacity of his positions at Baccarra, Mr. Lamish provided technical support to customers in the field of pneumatic, electro-pneumatic and control systems, as well as trained the company's sales network.
Mr. Lamish has several completed projects on the market including control systems for the Israel Defense Forces and latch solenoid valves for irrigation systems for Motorola as well as various integrated systems and solenoid valves for additional companies and organizations. Mr. Lamish holds a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering from the Technion, Technical University in Israel.
Dr. Ofer Klein, VP Research and Development, Chief Scientist
Dr. Klein is the director of the research laboratories at the Rebecca Sieff Medical Center in Israel and a lecturer of molecular biology at the Safed college. Dr. Klein began his career in the department of plant genetics at the Weizman Institute in Israel and later became a lecturer of pathology at the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University in Israel. In 1993, Dr. Klein was appointed director of the Maccabi HMO hematology laboratories in Jerusalem. Dr. Klein served as a commander in the Israeli Air Force.
Dr. Klein holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from the Hebrew University in Israel, and a M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Pathology from the Sackler School of Medicine at Tel Aviv University in Israel. Dr. Klein has numerous publications in the fields of his expertise.
Ms. Rachel Leibovitze, Business Development Manager
Ms. Leibovitze has over 10 years of experience in consulting to technological startups in Israel. She was a senior consultant at the Mati Ra’anana Business Development Center in Israel, which is the national center for technological startup consulting. In the capacity of her position she led a team of economists and headed up the startup division. Rachel specializes in business planning, strategy and market research. Additionally, Rachel served as the executive assistant to the director of the New Jersey-Israel office in Israel facilitating strategic alliances between Israeli companies and NJ companies. Rachel also has 2 years of experience in banking.
Rachel holds a BA in economics and business from the Bar Ilan University in Israel as well as an MBA in information systems management from the Tel Aviv University in Israel.
